Jaakko Aho has been appointed Managing Director of Premix Group, as Hanna Ristola will transfer from the role of Managing Director to Chair of the Board, effective January 1, 2025.

Premix Oy's business, operations, and assets, including all subsidiaries, will be transferred to a new company owned 100% by Premix Oy.
