Leadership Updates at Premix Group

Jari-Matti Mehto, who has successfully led the establishment of Premix USA over the past four years, will return to Finland and take on a new strategic role within the group. Effective May 1, 2025, Jari-Matti will begin to lead Product, Quality, and Service Development for Premix Group, managing global excellence across our product technology portfolio. 

Jari-Matti has played a pivotal role in building our U.S. presence from the ground up—including setting up the office and overseeing the launch of our new manufacturing operations in Gaston County, North Carolina. We want to thank Jari-Matti for his dedication and leadership during this significant phase of growth, and we warmly welcome him back to Finland as he continues to shape the future of Premix innovation. 

Succeeding Jari-Matti in the U.S. role, we are excited to welcome Jyrki Taiminen as the new General Manager of Premix USA, effective April 1, 2025. Jyrki brings valuable leadership experience from his previous roles at Premix, including leading our Marketing team and heading the Prexelent business unit. 

Jyrki steps into this role at an exciting and transformative time, as the new manufacturing plant in North Carolina ramps up operations in April and May. We are confident that his expertise and customer-focused mindset will continue to strengthen Premix’s footprint and partnerships in the North American market.
