Sustainability at Premix: A Commitment to Real Change

Sustainability isn’t just something we talk about at Premix—it’s something we live by. I’m proud to introduce our 2024 ESG Report, which reflects the hard work, dedication, and shared commitment of our team to building a safer society through functional materials. 

Sustainability is also one of the backbones of our strategy. We see it as the single most important force shaping the future of our industry, and we are committed to staying ahead of the curve. At Premix, we create materials that matter, and sustainability touches every part of what we do—from the products we develop to the way we work and the impact we have on society. 

I’m especially proud of these concrete steps we’ve taken: 
✅ We have developed a CO₂ calculation model and defined the carbon footprint of over 95% of our products to increase transparency and accountability. 
✅ We have achieved ISCC certification, and delivered our first ISCC-certified products to customers who share our commitment to responsible operations. 
✅ We have switched to using only certified renewable electricity 

✅ We are cutting energy waste by at least 10% and ensuring our operations meet ISO 14001 certification standards. 

 ✅ We built ambitious roadmap to ensure we continue leading in material efficiency and circular economy. 

Sustainability Guiding Our Everyday Work 

Our Sustainability Promises define how we make a real impact every day. We innovate Materials That Matter to enhance safety, reliability, and health, ensuring they serve a meaningful purpose. Our objective is to lead the way in responsible plastics manufacturing, from reducing CO₂ emissions to increasing the use of bio-based and recycled materials. We don’t just make statements—we hold ourselves accountable with certifications and external evaluations to measure our progress. Sustainability should be clear and measurable, which is why we maintain full transparency through our actions, results, and future goals. 

Roadmap for the Future 

We believe sustainability is a journey, not a destination. That’s why we have a structured roadmap in place, ensuring that each step we take leads to meaningful progress. This year, we’re making an even bigger push—enhancing our safety culture and setting new standards in sustainable materials and resource efficiency. And we’re not just talking about it—we’ve already rolled up our sleeves and started making it happen. In 2025, We will complete CO₂ calculations for all products and launch our first zero or negative CO₂ product. From 2026 onward, we will push further into recycling, bio-based materials, and lowering operational CO₂ emissions. 

None of this would be possible without our team, customers, and partners. I want to personally thank our team, customers and partners for being part of this journey and shaping the future of our industry.
